"does" is used with cars, but you could also use 'goes', especially when speaking about speed. My old car (does)(goes) 130 kilometers an hour with no trouble at all.
We can also use "does" when speaking about gas consumption. I want to buy a car that (does)(gets)(?goes) fifteen kilometers (a)(per) liter. ("litter" is not correct here)
We don't say 'to liter' but some people say 'My car gets 20 kilometers to the liter.'
