    Any differences?

    I. Dancing is my favorite.
    Dances(noun) is my favorite.
    II. I love dancing.
    I love dances(noun).
III. People use words, it's called talking.
People use words, it's called talks(noun).

Any differences between two sentences of each group? Pls.
