    two more questions :)

    Dear teachers,
Please look at the following sentence:
The question is if he has finished it or not.

Is the sentence correct or not? why?

_____do you like about the plan? (What/How)

Should I choose what or how? why?

    Thanks

I suppose that is acceptable, but "whether" would be better, IMO.

It must be "what" there. The word must function as the object of "like". As a pronoun, "what" can do that; "how" cannot.
