    Is this sentence right?

Could you please tell me if the following sentence is right?
    - I don't have lots of ideas, so as many people in this class I'll write about my holidays

    Thanks

    The sentence should be written:

"Like many people in this class, I DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW TO write about my holidays."

    OR

"........., I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO ........"

Doesn't it sound better and clearer in above suggestions? Hope this has been of help! Cheers.
