Could you proofread the following annoucement?

Ref: Implementation of Electronic Purchase Order Issuance
For environmental concerned and better the efficiency of our Purchase Order issued, we would like to declare that starting from date July 1, 2007 and there-after, all of our issued PO should be printed with a statement underneath shown as "This is an electronic approved purchase order. No signature is required." By which it is absolutely treated as our official order awarded to vendors / contractors for execution in accordance with the "Terms and Conditions of Purchase" along with the relevant orders.

We would appreciate your understanding and acceptance of above arrangement at your end.
