    getting something something

What does it mean when somebody says "she's getting a little somethin' somethin'"?
The context is this; she, who hasn't had a boyfriend for long, is kissing passionately with a boy. Another lady sees them and says this in a kind way (a line in a TV drama).

Does it mean she finally got a boyfriend...?

    Thank you!

    Sex. She's getting sex.

I expect it was actually pronounced "sump'in, sump'in" without the "th" sound at all.

Yes, she pronounces it as "sump'in, sump'in".
I see.... Well, I wouldn't use it myself.
    Thank you!
