    meaning

    what does this mean?

If you've ever wandered the aisles of a grocery store, noticing the "lonely" in "Tylenol," the "nosy" in "Tyson," or the "soiree" in "Cheerios," there is a decent chance that you, too, could compose such a work.

    Manipulation through advertising.

Rearrange the letters in the brand name Tylenol (a pain reliever / medicine) and you get the word lonely. The connection the author is making is that Tylenol eases all pains, even emotional ones.
