    Cool cast

    Hi,

About the word cast in the following passage: "Samples of pretreatment and end of treatment study casts were selected from traditional private practices ..."

It's it's from a dentistry magazine. Could someone give me some synonyms for the word "casts"?

    Bieasy,

It likely means an imprint taken in plaster of Paris or whatever dentist's use for a 3D replica of people's teeth.
