    Hi,

could you please tell me whether this sentence is correct:

The guarantee period does not run during the complaints procedure.

    Thanks a lot!

    Re: run

It shoul mean that if a complaint is made, the guarantee period is interrupted and continues only after the complaint is settled.

    Re: run

The guarantee is not applicable during any complaints procedure. It will be reimplemented on resolution of the complaint.

    Re: run

I am not sure about the "guarantee is not applicable", because I would understand it that I cannot exercise my guarantee rights during the complaints procedure. But what I am trying to say is that the guarantee period will be suspended for the period of handling any complaint, so I will not lose any part of the guarantee period when the goods is defective.

    Re: run

Change "is not applicable" to "will be suspended" - the rest can stand.

    Re: run

Or, the guarantee period will be extended by any time used in the resolution of disputes.
