    Which is right?

After 3 weeks and I will find out who corrected me the most
After 3 weeks and I will find out who has corrected me the most
After 3 weeks and I will find out who correct me the most
After 3 weeks and I will find out who will have corrected me the most

    Which of them is right?

None, so long as you keep "and" in them.

Without "and", #1,#2,#4 are correct, #3 is not.

Why 2 is correct? I remember that present perfect tense cannot be used to suggest future, can it?

    To paraphrase:

It will be possible at the end of three weeks to find out [who had done most correcting of my work in that period]
