Hello, i am not quite sure if the following sentence is correct. I need it for a song lyrics.
1. I am desperate to go there (to the moon), I need to go there soon
2. Zone out with me, in dry vicinity or
Zone out with me, to a dry vicinity ?
Thank you very much. I have just registered and I am happy I found this lovlely forum.
1. Your use of a comma is improper. It's called a comma splice, which basically means that you've used a comma when connecting two indepentent clauses. Instead of a comma, try a semi-colon if the two sentences are closely linked, otherwise use a period.
2. Zone out with me, to a dry vicinity. I believe is the more appropriate way of putting it.
