    Is this correct

All relatives, friends and respected individuals are invited to congratulatory attend the Ordination Ceremony.

All actions by us, the three ordination candidates, that may have offended others, mentally, verbally and physically are requested to be pardoned on this meritorious event.

    Re: Is this correct

No, congratulatory does not fit there at all. What do you mean to say?

I think you want an "or" instead of an "and" and you definitely need a comma after "physically" but who is supposed to be doing the pardon?
