    The use of a determiner

Could any teachers tell me why the underlined expressions are used with or without the definite article?

    "Welcome to the KMB Website.

KMB is one of the world's biggest public transport companies. Since 1933, we have been serving Hong Kong in line with our motto - "Moving Forward Every Day". By Dec 2006, we have 4,021 buses and about 12,000 staff, and carry about 2.8 million passengers each day on 403 routes.

The KMB Website has been up and running since 1995, proving itself to be a popular destination. On the Website, you can receive the latest information about our corporate development, financial status, operational development, customer service and related facilities. A route search engine is also provided for passengers to obtain route information.

We revamp our Website frequently, optimising technology and design to provide our customers with comprehensive and useful information. In addition to learn more about KMB, you can also discover leisure activities in "KMB Leisure"(a button on the menu bar) as well as opportunities for business in "KMB Business"(another button on the menu bar).

We are pleased to make use of the internet to bring you helpful and up to date information about our company and our services."

    Thank you.

Re: The use of a determiner

Here KMB functions as an adjective, not a noun, and the modifies the noun Website,
    Welcome to the KMB Website.
Welcome to the website that belongs to KMB.
    Welcome to KMB's website.
Here KMB is a proper noun, a name,
KMB is one of the world's biggest public transport companies.

    Here KMB is an adjective,
    "KMB Leisure"
    "KMB Business"

Thank you, Soup. Your answers are always exhaustive and helpful.
By the way, where is your icon? I mean the "Campell Soup". It is amusing. How can you do that?

Ah, one more thing comes to my mind. Could I say "the KMB Leisure" or "the KMB Business", as the site visitor knows what the two buttons(to be accurate, the menu pulldown bars) are(as he or she can see them on the webpage) ?

KMB Leisure (the leisure isn't grammatical)
KMB Business (the business is grammatical, but why add the? Be consistent; moreover, why not save space?
