    verb rip

    Dear, Teacher
    what is the past time form for verb rip? Suppose to be riped but this is past time form for ripe

    The past tense is ripped....he ripped the book to shreds.

    Ripe
    is an adjective - The
    ripe fruit is ready for picking.
    The verb is ripen - The fruit ripens slowly on the vine.
