    Question

    can I say :dancing is very tiring? (is tiring the right adjective here? i want to express a meaning of easy to be tired)and please correct me if i made any grammatical mistake

    Yes, you can say,

    "Dancing is very tiring.", Dogg and 'tiring' is an appropriate choice.

    Alternatively, dancing is exhausting.
