Are the antecedents and verbs right?

1.We are a company that manufacture Printed Circuit Board.

2.I know you are a pro company that have many variety of magazines.

Q1:Are the antecedents and verbs(after the antecedents) right?
Q2:Does they(the verbs after antecendents) have to be written as manufactures and has?

    Thank you

In American English, you're going to come across this construction, a pro company that has,
    2. I know you are a pro company that has a variety of magazines.
