    Question Will do

I'm becoming a little confused with the following and wonder if you could help me, please?

    1. Is 'I'll do it later.' an aux. verb? I'm also trying to work out its form.
    2. 'Oh, it might be the aerial.' Is this a modal verb? again, I'm trying to also work out its form.

    Many thanks,

    Lynda Symms

    Re: Will do

Do is the principal or main verb; will is an auxiliary.
    1. I will do it later.

Might is an auxiliary verb here:
    2. Oh, it might be the aerial.
