    Just like riding a bicycle

I hear this phrase all the time but I can't seem to figure out what exactly it means. Help, anyone? Thanks in advance.

Have you ridden a bicycle? Has it been years since you last rode one? If the answer is yes to the last question then do you think you need a training course before riding a bicycle again??? Probably not!

So Just like riding a bicycle is an idiomatic meaning that once you have done something, you never forget how to do it again.
