    Having to

    One of my grammar books says I'm having to work very hard at the moment... Is have to really an active verb? I thought it was passive.

    Have can be active. Why do you think it must be passive?

    Sorry, my mistake, I meant the phrase have to is only a state verb not passive.

    SO is the first example OK and grammatical?
