    Smile on/in the TV commercials

    Have you ever been suspicous of those excellent and inexpensive goods on the TV commercials.



    Does the above sample sound right, especially the underlined part? Thanks.

    I think you could remove the definite article. For me, on/in are both OK, though I'd be more likely to say in. .
