    summer or Summer

    Hi there,

Should I captialise the letter 's' in summer, 'w' in winter, 's' in spring, 'a' in autumn all the time? What is the difference?

    Re: summer or Summer

No, you don't need to capitalise them when referring to the seasons in general. You need to use a capital letter when the season is used in conjunction with another noun:

    The Spring term
    my Summer holiday
    Fall/Autumn colours
