    correct sentence?


    could you please proofread this sentence:

    If a significant change of circumstances occurs as a result of which the performance of the contract will not be in the public interest (provided that this was not obvious at the time of signing the contract), the customer may withdraw from the contract within 60 days from the day when he becomes aware of such facts.

    It is fine, though I would put "on which" instead of "when".
