    You're having the time of your life! You're in New York's Greenwich Village, at the biggest Halloween parade in all of the US.


    How happy are you regarding the underlined expression, extremely, very, or so so?
    Moreover, I presume the part in bold mean take part in the ...parade. If yes, then why is it not written in the parade but at the parade?

    Yes Angli...it means the person is having a great time. If the phrase was "in the parade" as opposed to "at the parade" it would indicate he was an active participant. As it stands, it indicates that he is an onlooker
