    Angry Please Help Me

    Hai friends,

    I am new to this forum. Could any one help me when can I use the following:-

    The painting work was completed (or)

    The painting works has been completed

    which one is correct & why?.

    Depends on the context. It's most likely the first one, but if you're going to write the second, it would be 'the painting work* has been completed.'

    Generally, the first one would be used if telling a story or history, the second would be to notify someone that it has been completed.
