    Smile brilliant/sparkling/dazzling

    Southern Quebec's maple trees put on a stunning display of brilliant yellows, oranges, and reds.



    I doubt if brilliant can be replaced by sparkling and dazzling and mean about the same.

    For the sake of clarification, could you describe in a few words as for why it's dazzling instead of sparkling?
