    Could I use second to none to refer to some person?

    * She is second to none in her class.

    When someone is 'second to none' they are at the top of the list; there isn't anyone better!

    "The master chef was second to none in preparing pastries."
    "When it involves solving math problems, Julia is second to none in her class."
