    could you tell me which one is correct?

    1.have you ever seen a lion?
    2.have you ever seen lions? or
    3.have you ever seen the lion?

    All are fine, Sung.

    #'s 1 & 2 hold the same meaning.

    #3 means a specific lion, for example,

    Have you ever seen the lion at the London Zoo?
