    Numbers Written Out

    Since numbers 1-9 are always written out, I changed the below sentence to read -- Objective one is to conduct. Just want to make sure Iam correct.

    Objective 1 is to conduct an expert......

    This is a serial number, so it is not spelled out.

    There are presumably several objectives, and they need to be numbered serially: Objective 1; Objective 2; Objective 3 ...

    If you want to change the sentence, it will be better to write "The first objective is to conduct..."
