    twenty-seven years strong

    Dear experts,

What does 'twenty-seven years strong' mean in the context?

'I'll begin with thanking God. Twenty-seven years strong and I'm still here.'

    Thanks in advance

I have been a devout servant of our lord, god, for twenty seven years and continue to be, to this day.
