    also vs too

    Hi teachers and all friends

Could anyone explain to me what deference between "also, too"

e.g. Jane is British and Frank is too
Jane is British and Frank is also
Which one is true and why?

    Thank you in advance

    Have a nice day

1...Say, Could anyone explain to me the difference between "also" and "too"?
2...Remember to put a period or question mark at the end of a sentence.
3...Say, Which one is correct, and why?

    They both are correct.
