    Smile intellectual property rights laws

    People who sell bogus brand-name products are breaking intellectual property rights laws.



    I doubt if I could say "intellectual property right laws" instead. If not, why not? Thanks.

    Because you are talking about laws which govern intellectual property rights.
    There is more than one law which governs many property rights.
