    In the UK, a comedy on TV was 'Only Fools And Horses'. One of the characters had an expression which he used whenever he heard good news, or had a stroke of good luck. This expression was lovely jubbly. As you can see, as the expression is popularized overseas, it gets distorted, so that now people are actually saying (but not here in the UK!), lovely jobly.
