    Do these sentences need commas?

    He had an abnormal EEG in June of 2005 with right-sided focality.

    and

    Prior MRI of the brain, done in June of 2005, was abnormal with evidence of right-sided hippocampal sclerosis.

    They are both fine as they stand.

    I would be tempted to change "with" in the first sentence to "which showed"
