    being or be

Please tell me the usage of "be" and "being" in this sentence below.

"Two years ago, she quit her job. She sometimes regrets quitting

her job and choosing to be a housewife."

Is it possible to use "being" instead of "be" ?

And can I use "become" instead of "be"?

Is it possible to use "being" instead of "be" ? No, '...choosing to being a housewife.' is not good English.

And can I use "become" instead of "be"? Yes.
