    preposition

    Hi there,

I am not sure if the underlined prepositions are necessary in the following sentence. could you give examples to explain their usages?

It's their instinct from when they were wild animals - they bury food that's left over for a "rainy day" when there's no food available. Of course with 99 per cent of domestic dogs, that day will never come, but they can't help themselves! My dog tries to bury her treats, usually pigs ears, at the back of her kennel (complete with "digging"). Very funny!

    thanks a lot

We would use "with" in the following way: Dogs are usually friendly, but with pit bull terriers, you can never be sure!
