Question the position of "then "

Please teach me the meaning differences depending on the

    placement of "then" .

"You'll hear some songs, and you'll then have 2 min. to guess

    who the singer is."

    How about " You'll hear..., and then you'll .... " ?

    Can I say " You'll hear..., and you'll have 2 min. then....." ?

Does it any differences between those 3 sentences?

The first two sentences mean the same thing...the time limit for an answer is 2 minutes.

The last sentence makes you wait 2 minutes and then you take your guess. So the time for an answer is slightly longer.
