Smile What do you call it? A nutricious lunch?

There are about 20 colleagues of mine who eat their lunch together during the week day. We pay 1,000 NT dollars at a time to a certain catering (I'm not sure if catering is right word here), and they prepare lunch for us. Usually there are four dishes and one soup, and we can eat rice to our heart's content.
Here we call it "nutrious lunch," but I'm not sure how you'd call it. Or do you have this kind of practice? If yes, what do you name it? Thanks.

    "Catering company"/"Caterers".

I am not sure we refer to our meals in this way. The caterers may well say "We provide companies with nutritious meals".

    Thanks, Anglika.
It just occurred to me that the idea of our nutricious lunch is like that carpool. So does it make sense to you if I call it "lunch pool?"

Nice idea - a "carpool" is a group of people who get together to share a commute but using only one car a day. I suppose you could call it the "lunch pool".
