    Question are these sentences right or wrong ?

    grammer and structure and everything please i need help
    specially words which are underlined


    1st year students at college of ...... suffer from the defect of mastering productive skills and interacting literally and orally through speaking and writing skills for the lack of incapability of acquiring the listening skill the reasons of such defects are implied in weakness of learning and the strategies of dealing with literacy skills situations in addition to the inappropriate exponent displayed by the textbook "Tapestry"

    those sentence was written by my teacher in un clear handwritting , i try to write them again by muself , and want to be sure if itis right or wrong

    I have no idea what the writer is trying to say. If the writer is your teacher then I suggest that you get a different teacher.

    How can the mastery of productive skills be a defect? And the rest of it is just so much gobbledegook. It's incomprehensible.
