Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law.

As far as the rest go...look their meanings in a dictionary.

    Welcome to the forums.

Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law. Her mother is your brother's mother-in-law, but not yours. When you get married, your spouse's relatives become your relatives "in law".

Your brother's daughters are your nieces.
Your brother's sons are your nephews.

If your father or mother marries a second time and has a child, that child is your half-brother or half sister [you share one parent]

If your father or mother marries a second time to a person with a child already, that child becomes your step-brother or step-sister, and the parent becomes your step-father or step-mother.

Your parents' brothers are your uncles; your parents' sisters are your aunts.
    Their children are your cousins.

Your parents' parents are your grandmother[s] and grandfather[s].

    Any more??
