had and held and resume writing?

Are there any differences between saying "the jobs I've ever had" and "the jobs I've ever held"?
Is either of them better writting than the other one (in terms of resume writing)?

    No difference, in my opinion.
I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.

    I wouldn't use a contraction in a resume, though.
