    Please would you like to explain me the difference of meaning:
    "I have NO a car" and "I have NOT a car" ?

    Both could be replaced by "I do not have a car" which is better English. Both would be understood by most native English speakers.

    Proper English:

    I have no car.
    or
    I do not have a car.
