    Since it's a Yiddish word there are a couple of different spellings that are used, but the most common one is tsotske.

    It is spelled tsatske. Look here Yiddish Dictionary Online ייִדיש װערטערבוך אַפֿן װעב for a good source on Yiddish transliteration.
