What is the difference between 'shall' and 'will' - and 'who' and 'whom'?

    Will and Shall
The difference between "will" and "shall" is subtle and in many cases they are used interchangeably. From a legal perspective there is a significant difference. The word "will" has the meaning that you will do a thing is if you are able. The word "shall" has the meaning that you must do it.
