    whats an impatient person

What do you call a person who is really impatient in a way about playing?

    For example,

Joe really wants to play baseball this weekend. But all his friends are busy this weekend. But Joe wants to play so much that he nags and nags "lets play baseball" "come ON, Just one game" " Don't be a sourpuss"

He could be "a nag" or "a gadfly" or "a fidget" or "a bore". Depends on how irritating he is.

In Canada, we'd call him a "pest."
If someone is ridiculously enthusiastic about something, you can call him a "hotdog." This expression is common in baseball.
