    Two questions.

    1. What is correct, ON or ABOUT.


    We'll shortly be sending you more information ON hotel reservations and logistics of getting to Miami.

    can be

    You will receive more information ABOUT hotel reservations and logistics of getting to Miami.


    2.
    What is more correct from a marketing point of view when sending invitations to a techncial seminar.
    Using the word WE or YOU more often in the structure of the sentences?

    "On" or "about" are both correct. "Concerning" might be even more common in this context, though it is very formal.

    I don't understand your second question.
