    Staying alive

I would like to know in the following lyrics of "Staying alvie" by Bee Gees:
    "Life goin' nowhere.
    Somebody help me.
    Somebody help me, yeah.
    Life goin' nowhere.
    Somebody help me, yeah.
    Stayin' alive."

Why not "Somebody help(s) me, but Somebody help me"?

    Hi Alal,

Because it's a request with the same meaning as,

    Help me, somebody.
