    Please tell me is there any difference between " help + bare infinitive" " help+ to infinitive " and " help+ V-ing " ?

    ‘Help’ + bare infinitive: I help him do his math.

    ‘Help’ + ‘-ing’ verb: I could not help helping him with his math
