at home vs. in a home

I am wondering what differences are there between the two phrases, "at home" and "in a home".

Anyboy who will help me, thank you!

'In a home' in British English means that the person lives in a special place, like a home for old people or children in need of protection, etc. 'At home' refers to the place where you live.
