    Question about an expression

Can someone tell me precisely what this expression implies?:

"The sun rises and sets with her kids".

Does it mean (a) Her children are the most important thing in the world to her (i.e. she's a good mother); or (b) In her eyes, her children can do no wrong (i.e. she probably spoils her children).

I thought I had the proper feel for this one, but now I'm a little uncertain.

    Thanks,
    Bill

    Re: Question about an expression

I've not heard it before, but I would interpret it as the first; her kids are everything to her.
