    Is it correct?

Is it correct to say "Given so many similarities, not without reason they are regarded as ‘brothers’." Is there any gramma mistakes?
    thank you

    Re: Is it correct?

'...not without reason are they regarded as brothers.' - You need inverted word order after this expression.

(By the way, 'Are there any grammar mistakes?')
